RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase which is why we accept returns only if :
- The item does not fit you
- You are not satisfied with the quality
In order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:
- The item has not been worn and in original packaging.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains.
- The item is returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery. If the 14 days has passed unfortunately the exchange can no longer take place.
Please note the following items can't be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):
- Bodysuits, swimwear or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalised items
- Items on sale
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we have received your item and it has met our return requirements, we will email you back.
